What's New with Phil & Dixie was a long-running strip in Dragon Magazine, TSR's monthly Dungeons & Dragons publication. Done by the same artists as Girl Genius, WNwP&D is full of puns, insider references, and the ongoing prospect of a sex-based strip (which never seemed to appear).
Foglio Studio republishes WNwP&D on their website, and it's fun to revisit this 20+ year-old comic.
