How to Find Rockhoppers Key

From the entry screen in Town, go into the Coffee Shop. Go up the stairs on the right. Go to the library on the left, or click the red Tales & Stories book on the bottom right. Read The Journal of Captain Rockhopper. You can either read the whole book, or jump to the Newest Writin'. At the end of the Newest Writin', you will find the Captain's Quarters Key.

Captain Rockhopper is a wandering character, who gives away free and unique goodies in Club Penguin. Since his visits are rare, when he does come to 'town' every day someone surfs into Rockhoppers Daily Grind, searching for information about Captain Rockhopper in Club Penguin.
