Susan Jensen is our featured artist for the month of February. Susan does wonderfully colorful and alive pastel art. Susan was a high school English, speech, drama and journalism teacher. She also did Media Relations work for venues like Seattle's Civic light Opera. When Susan retired she came to Whidbey to write and paint. She has written two screenplays, numerous short stories and poems. She has several novels in various stages of completion, and has won several awards for her writing. She recently received grant from Seattle's Artist Trust. Her studio is called Moonsnail Studios.
