So, this morning I check our news service, and there's like 30 stories about the annual pumpkin contest in Half Moon Bay, California.
Yawn.
Then, I saw this story, from the BBC. This story is mainly interesting because the announcers have no idea what is happening. Enjoy!
I bet they don't show It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown on British TV, either.
Charlie Brown: Oh brother. When are you going to stop believing in something that isn't true?
Linus: When YOU stop believing in that fat guy in a red suit and the white beard who goes, "Ho, ho, ho!"
Charlie Brown: Obviously, we are separated by denominational differences.
Hat tip to Cosmic Watercooler.
Pumpkins, pumpkins, pumpkins. On Whidbey Island.
