Yesterday we went to see We Own The Night. It was a nice TV movie of the week. Unfortunately, it was a feature film in a theater. We were very disappointed by the acting, the writing, and the editing. The movie was both predictable and stupid. I'm all for suspending disbelief, but this film was asking us to completly forget the way the world works entirely.
The only thing saving this movie from a "Why Bother" is Eva Mendes. She does a great job, and there's a fantastic scene with her dressed up to kill.
Bad Movies on Whidbey Island.
