We had some technical difficulties, so I just bought a new amplifier. It's an Alesis, and it's real pretty. It sounds good, too.
Our old amplifier was a Squier. It looked kinda cool, but it sucked.
Guitar Center, where I bought it, was no help, even though it was under warranty. They suck, too.
