Slate.com, the popular and influential online magazine, recently launched a photoblog called: Today's Pictures.
The photoblog picks a daily theme (weekdays only) and presents a slide show based on that theme. There's also an interactive essay based upon a keyword, and other content.
As usual with a big commercial site, you have to dodge some ads. Overall, not a bad effort, although a lot of the content is more artsy than I like. I find just as much if not more enjoyment in a simple Tumblr blog.
