In 1911 J.F. Campbell published this lovely dragon story, The Celtic Dragon Myth. Campbell, a Scot, was fluent in Gaelic, and also published a great collection of Celtic folklore (to be featured here later, mayhaps).
This story, with it's grand central character, mermaids, fairys, and giants, is an engaging folk tale with a familiar ring, but some unique situations.
