Read This! - The Celtic Dragon Myth

St. George & the Dragon

In 1911 J.F. Campbell published this lovely dragon story, The Celtic Dragon Myth. Campbell, a Scot, was fluent in Gaelic, and also published a great collection of Celtic folklore (to be featured here later, mayhaps). Cutting Off the Third Head

This story, with it's grand central character, mermaids, fairys, and giants, is an engaging folk tale with a familiar ring, but some unique situations.
