You know how sometimes you do something really stupid, and, before you can stop yourself, you realize you're about to do something really stupid? That time period, when you look on in horror at how stupid you are, is an ignosecond. This is illustrated in a great post by Bunk over at Tacky Raccoons. Be sure and read the story about his mom locking the keys in the car, it's genius.
Seconds count on Whidbey Island.

Of course if you do stupid things all the time, ignoseconds don't exist. Less stress that way.
Thanx for the link, and the story about the car keys is true.
