If you listened to the Bards of the Koad concert, you already know this -- because I told the band that night.
Saint Patrick's Day was Saturday the 15th of 2008. If you didn't celebrate then, you missed it. It's almost always held on March 17th, but it's a movable feast day. This year March 17th is part of Holy week, so St. Patrick's Day had to move.
Don't worry, I'm sure you'll be able to find a party with green beer -- it seems that most everyone failed to get the memo about St. Patrick's Day. Too bad for the bars and taverns, this year was one of the few years that St. Patrick's Day fell on a Saturday!
