I don't want to put the blog into 'thrill mode', but there is a certain fascination with free-falling. Some people are addicted to the adrenaline rush of this extreme sport, and go to great lengths to perform more and more dangerous stunts.
A couple months ago, Felix Baumgartner jumped off the tallest completed building in the world, Taipei 101 in Taiwan. This is after a whole series of successively more dangerous stunts, including crossing the English channel in free-fall.
